Shipping
Please allow 7 working days for your order to be processed.
Postage is £3.99 in the UK. Please contact us for a postage quote outside of the UK.
All completed orders are sent out next working day using Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery (UK ) or International Recorded Mail (Outside UK). All packages need to signed for.
On the day of dispatch, we will send you an email so you’ll be aware to watch out for your parcel the next working day.
Out of Stock Items
Should an item or colour choice be out of stock, and we are unable to send your parcel out straight away, we’ll contact you to let you know the situation and if appropriate offer a close alternative.
Customers ordering Monday to Friday will be contacted the day we recieve your order. Customers ordering over the Weekend will be contacted the following Monday.
Returns
If you are not totally happy with any purchase, just return it sealed in its original packaging (thereby obviously un-used) within 14 days for an alternative or a refund.
Every battery-operated vibrator is checked to be functioning correctly before dispatch and is guaranteed for 30 days from when you receive it. We will repair or replace any defective vibrator during this 30 day warranty period.

All prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time, but we will contact you regarding any price change to give you the option of amending and processing your order or cancelling it.
